SLO Courses
The list of courses by subject and grade level below identify those that have a PRE SLO assessment which must be given at the beginning of the course and a corresponding POST SLO given before the end of the course term. Within VERGE, teachers must "Activate" their SLO course Pre and Post test when you are ready to administer the assessment. Be sure to "Deactivate after all students have completed their SLO testing. Teachers should NOT activate both the PRE and Post at the same time as students see the assessment once activated.
Pre-K through 5
Elementary PRE SLOs are given at the start of the first semester and POST SLOs are given in May before the school year ends.
*****
Pre-K SLOs are the result of the Work Sampling evaluations and scores are entered into Infinite Campus using rubric scores. Read the document linked below for further details.

The "specials" courses will administer their SLOs to two different grade levels for the course they teach. This will provide these teachers with their "two" growth measures. If two different courses are taught by a teacher, then they should choose both courses but test only one grade level each course.
